Payment Methods & Supported Currencies Guide (2026)

2026-11-02

The two questions before checkout: what can I pay with, and what currency is this? This page answers both.

Supported payment methods

  • PayPal: balance or linked card — the go-to method for overseas users;
  • International credit / debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major networks, paid inside the aggregated cashier;
  • More methods (e-wallets, local payments) are being added continuously — the cashier shows live options.

Pricing currency & FX

Products are priced in CNY. At checkout the amount is converted at the payment provider's real-time rate into your billing currency (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, etc.) — the amount shown on the order page is the final amount charged. No FX markup, no hidden fees.

Example: a ¥100 product paid via PayPal in USD converts to roughly $14 at the day's rate (live amount shown at checkout).

Checkout flow

  1. Pick the tier, fill in the top-up account, submit the order;
  2. Land on the cashier and pick a payment method;
  3. Pay and return to the order page to await delivery.

Payment safety

  • Payments are processed by licensed providers — we never see or store your card number, expiry or CVV;
  • The entire site runs over HTTPS;
  • Anyone posing as "support" asking for your card PIN or SMS codes is a scammer — we will never ask.

FAQ

Who sets the exchange rate? The payment provider, at the real-time market rate. The amount shown at checkout is final.

Can I pay cash or by bank transfer? If the offline bank transfer option is available, follow the instructions (amount and order number in the memo must match exactly); delivery happens after manual verification.

Why do I see two prices? The CNY price is the universal base; the cashier shows the converted amount in your billing currency.
