How to Buy: Complete Beginner Guide from Sign-up to Delivery

First time here? This page walks you through a complete purchase: register → pick a product → order → pay → receive. About 3–5 minutes in total.

Step 1: Register

• Two ways: email registration (email + code + password) or Google one-tap sign-in;
• Then bind a phone number (for order notifications and after-sales security) — browsing needs no login; complete this before paying.

Step 2: Pick a product, fill the account

1. Find the product on the home or category page (e.g. "Honor of Kings points");
2. Choose the tier/plan (648 points, monthly card, 100 Q Coins, etc.);
3. Fill in the top-up account: game UID / QQ number / phone number — most products need only the ID, never a password;
4. Manually processed products may ask for extra info per the page instructions.

Step 3: Order & pay

• Confirm the amount and account, then submit;
• Pick a payment method at the cashier (PayPal / international cards — see the Payments guide);
• Return to the order page automatically after payment.

Step 4: Receive

• Instant delivery: card key/account appears on the order page within 1–5 minutes — copy and use;
• Manual processing: staff handle it in order; progress visible on the order page, usually 10–30 minutes.

Managing orders

• My Orders: all history and delivered content after login;
• Order Search: look up orders with order number + email, no login needed;
• Set an optional query password at checkout so nobody peeks at your keys with a guessed order number.

FAQ

Can I buy without an account? No — orders need an account to carry delivery, after-sales and notifications. Registration takes a minute.

Can I buy for someone else? Yes — just fill in their top-up account (UID/QQ number/phone). Delivery goes to that account regardless of yours.

What if I bought the wrong thing? For manual products, re-order before paying. After payment, see the Refund page — issued card keys can't be recalled; failed manual orders are refunded in full.
